Of course they can! As the administrator, often represented by the marketing team, you prepare everything for the mailing, including the eCard design and texts. Your colleagues then only need to carry out the following steps:
- Will all my recipients be personally addressed?
Yes, by uploading your contact list, our system can access individual information such as title, first name, last name, or other custom fields for each recipient. Using markers in the eCard or email text, our system automatically inserts the desired personal information at the appropriate places.
- Is my contact information secure?
Data protection is our top priority, and we take extensive measures to ensure the safety of your contacts' information. Power eCard is fully compliant with GDPR, and we've developed additional features specifically for data protection. You can find all the details here.
- Is my data protected?
We place great value on data protection and security! Therefore we host the Power eCard System for you on a secure server in Germany. Each customer has their own personal database in which the address data is stored. It is explicitly not a global database for all of our customers - so cross access is not possible! The data in the individual database is only stored until the customer either deletes the address data himself via the backend or the license expires and thus the entire system including the database is completely deleted.
- Can I track the success of my christmas mailing?

- How much lead time and resources should I plan for a mailing?
Lead time depends on your mailing requirements. If you're simply customizing one of our templates to match your branding or already have all the graphics ready for a custom design, your card can be created and sent in no time. However, if you want to send cards from your own email address, domain validation may take up to 48 hours. Learn more about this process here.
