How can I send UNICEF donation cards?

The booking of the package is possible directly when ordering in the store via your Power eCard system or after direct consultation with our team. To do this, simply select the add-on “UNICEF Design”. Afterwards, the exclusive UNICEF designs will be available to you in the library (Create new eCard -> From Power eCard library).

Do 100% of the costs for the UNICEF designs go to UNICEF?

The revenues for the add-on “UNICEF Design” go 100% directly to UNICEF without any deductions, the license costs are independent. You are directly supporting the work of UNICEF. Please note that we are not allowed to issue donation receipts as this is a licensed product. UNICEF cannot issue a donation receipt for the purchase of greeting cards either, because the tax authorities do not allow a separation of the sales price into a donation portion and a card price. This applies to UNICEF just as it does to other charitable organizations in Germany.

However, companies can deduct the invoice amount for greeting cards in full as a business expense.

Can I also have the design printed or use it in other ways in my communication?

Unfortunately no, the usage fee only includes the use as eCard design in our Power eCard system.

Can I also use my own design?

Yes, this is possible. However, you must use our template folding card as a basis. To do this, simply create your own design in the Power eCard system and then contact [email protected]. Our team will then add the individual UNICEF backside to your eCard and have the design approved by our contact person. After approval, you may send the UNICEF donation cards in your own design.

Can I integrate my company logo on a UNICEF donation card?

Yes, this is possible, but only on the cover page and the inside pages of the eCard. The back of the eCard with the UNICEF logo is unchangeable for licensing reasons.

May I use the UNICEF logo in other places in the design (e.g. on the cover)?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The positioning of the UNICEF logo on the back is unchangeable. For licensing reasons, the logo may not be integrated in other places on the eCard.

Are there other ways to support UNICEF besides using the UNICEF donation cards?
